Physical products are for UK based residents, ONLY. Should you find any fault with your physical product or you are not happy with it, please take a picture of it and email it to binthwaa@gmail.com or fill in the 'contact' form, mentioning the fault and or why you are dissatisfied.

I do not accept returns. However, I'm happy to send a replacement or a refund.

Should you have any issues with my services or downloading the digital products, please email me at the aforementioned email or via your student portal if you've signed up to a coaching/course.
