Record yourself!

Yep! That's pretty much it. Try recording yourself to vocalise the experience. Replay. Listen to yourself, correct yourself and compare.

In this 3rd episode of Speak Like an Egyptian, the fictitious ''Black'' characters Imani & Eman had fallen-out for about 3 days now. It was the weekend & Eman decided to pop-over to her bestie of 15 years & make peace.

As in the previous story of Speak Like an Egyptian, here's a mini take-away task. Listen out for these 3 things in Egyptian Arabic. It may be useful to have a pen & paper to hand. Remember, you can always take advantage of and resort to the pause, stop and replay buttons:
