I'm Matshidiso ( pronounced mat-see-dee-soh ), your tutor & companion in this segment of your Arabic learning journey.
'Afrabics Bitesize' is a series of 6 modules, which is a breakdown of my initial 'Afrabics - Arabic With a Splash of Africa course'.
The initial course was an initiative that I took to celebrate the culture of native ''Black'' Arabs as well as ''Black'' diasporans through Afro-Arabic calligraphy.
The art segment of the 'Afrabics' course titled 'Make Your Mark Art' is where Arabic calligraphy meets African patterns.
To make the journey less overwhelming, manageable & achievable, I've created this mini-course 'Afrabics Bitesize' so that you:
- can take a bite out of Arabic a bite at a time, a week at a time
